Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Agency Manager to drive business through a high-performing agency channel. This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and managing a team of insurance advisors while ensuring consistent revenue generation and customer acquisition.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents
- Provide training, motivation, and field support to advisors to help them achieve targets
- Plan and execute strategies to increase advisor productivity and sales output
- Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and selling life/health/general insurance products
- Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure goal alignment
- Conduct joint field visits and customer meetings with advisors for business development
- Ensure high levels of advisor engagement, retention, and compliance with company policies
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
