Job Title: Senior Agency Manager (SAM)

Qualification: Minimum HSC
Experience: 1–4 years in insurance (life/health/general) preferred. Immediate joiners or notice period up to 30 days.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive agent recruitment & ensure timely activation
• Lead training sessions for agents to enhance performance
• Ensure operational excellence & compliance
• Monitor Recruitment Dashboard and submit reports to senior management

Skills Required:

• Excellent leadership & team management skills
• Strong networking abilities
• Good understanding of insurance industry practices
