Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
– Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.
– Set sales targets and objectives for individual agents and the agency as a whole.
– Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
– Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
– Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
– Stay up-to-date on the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
– Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications :
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales and management-related field (preferred).
– Age : Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years.
– Candidates must be local natives for at least 3-5 years.
