Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through the Agency Channel by managing advisors and developing strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead agency sales operations and ensure achievement of assigned targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop a productive advisor base
  • Create business plans and implement sales strategies for territory growth
  • Guide advisors on lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when required
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
