Job Summary:

The Senior Corporate Agency Manager will spearhead the development and management of corporate agency networks to maximize business growth. This role demands a strategic leader capable of building strong agency relationships, optimizing sales performance, and driving profitable business outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement robust agency strategies to expand the corporate client base and increase revenue streams.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate agencies, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the corporate sector, fostering sustainable growth.
• Establish and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with key corporate agencies and stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and motivate agency managers and their teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales +  minimum 2 year of experience BFSI sector.
• Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Required all previously employed company experience certificate
• Preferred local candidate.
