To join our expanding Banca Channel team, India’s Leading Insurance Company is looking for an extremely driven and results-driven Investment Relationship Manager.
To meet aggressive sales goals for insurance products, you will be in charge of forming strategic alliances with bank employees and branch relationship managers in this crucial position.
Responsibilities:
• Within a given territory, establish and preserve strong bonds with branch managers and other bank employees.
• Select and evaluate prospective insurance leads from the bank’s clientele.
• Recognize and articulate the characteristics and advantages of a range of insurance products, such as health insurance, life insurance, and other pertinent options.
• Assure effective risk and benefit communication by matching client needs with appropriate insurance options.
• Help bank employees close deals by offering guidance and encouragement for successful product marketing.
• Accurately and quickly process insurance applications while making sure that all legal and corporate criteria are met.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1 of experience in sales and marketing in the Life Insurance domain.
Strong understanding of life and/or health insurance products and their applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele and bank staff.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Desired Candidate:
Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
