Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Field Sales Executive to lead sales efforts in the Agency Channel. This role focuses on recruiting, training, and developing agency partners to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard high-potential agency partners.
• Provide ongoing training and support to partners.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships.
• Research trends to identify opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of life insurance and agency models.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
