Job Description

Required Performers

– Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with Advisor.

– They guide, train, and encourage the sales team.

– Train all partners for them to be able to use the company’s products

– Ensure regular communication with pending leads/references.

– The major responsibility is to sell l products by contacting prospective clients and forming agents.

– Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales goals and increase market share in the insurance business.

– Generating leads via, networking, and referrals.

– Educating prospective consumers about insurance coverage and explaining difficult insurance concepts.

Required Candidate profile

• 1+ years of work experience in Sales & Marketing
• Age 22 to 38
• Education. Graduation
• You need to have a driver’s license and a bike
