Role Summary:
Responsible for leading field sales activities, managing a team of advisors or front-line executives, and achieving business targets through field engagement and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage field sales advisors/agents.
• Conduct regular joint field work and customer meetings.
• Monitor sales funnel and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company and IRDAI norms.
• Report daily sales activity and performance metrics to leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
• 2+ years of field sales experience in insurance or BFSI
• Strong team handling, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with high energy and mobility
• Local market knowledge preferred
