Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of cross-functional growth projects—balancing creativity with data-driven precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead growth strategies across key channels and markets
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition and retention opportunities
- Analyze growth metrics to inform roadmap and strategy
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data teams
- Build business cases and present results to senior leadership.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of Field sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-focused and self-motivated
- Graduation Is Mandatory.
- Age Criteria is 21 to 38.
