Key Responsibilities :
– Agent Recruitment and Development:
– Source, recruit, and onboard high-potential insurance agents.
– Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
– Mentor and coach agents to optimize their performance and drive growth.
– Identify and address performance gaps through targeted coaching and support.
– Motivate and inspire agents to exceed sales targets and achieve career goals.
– Cultivate strong partnerships with agency principals and key decision-makers.
– Proactively address agent concerns and provide timely solutions.
– Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the agency network.
Qualifications :
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
– 2 to 6 years of experience in any Insurance or Banking Field
– Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably in an agency channel.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
