Position: Senior Manager – Banking and Finance

Role Overview:
Lead and oversee banking and finance operations, drive business growth, manage teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies for banking & finance products
• Manage and mentor sales and operations teams
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk management
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
• 2+ years experience in banking & finance with leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of banking products, regulations, and risk management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
