Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Officer to oversee field sales operations and contribute to our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, local market knowledge, and a proven record in lead generation and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support field sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Identify potential customers through direct and indirect channels
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Must be a local resident familiar with the territory
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
