Roles and Responsibilities :
– Assist the customer every step of the way while he completes his insurance application
– Monitor agent performance and ensure targets are met.
– Develop and implement sales strategies.
– Build and maintain relationships with agents.
– Prepare reports on agency performance.
– Building a positive relationship with the customers.
– Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
– Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
Requirement Candidate :
– Min 2+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing
– Qualification- Graduation mandatory
– CTC- Up To 3.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
– AGE : 21 to 38 Years
