Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to meet agency sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Discover new business prospects and engage in lead generation activities.
- Train and mentor agency professionals to improve their sales and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to find growth possibilities.
- Create and present sales reports and predictions to upper management.
- Candidate Requirement:
- Min 1+ year of experience in Any Sales & Marketing
- Qualification- Graduation mandatory
- CTC- Up To 3.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
- AGE : 21 to 38 Years
