Key responsibilities:
– Meet monthly aims and targets.
– Encourage advisers and employees to participate in various activities and sales enablers.
– Daily updates on the status of firm and its relevance in the battle.
– Maintain solid interactions with all stakeholders, including clients and distributors.
– Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
– Concentrated attempt to increase renewal premium collection.

Candidate Requirements:
– Educational qualifications: Preferred: any graduation.
– Minimum experience: one year or more in sales
– CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA
– The age limit is 21 to 37
