We are hiring Relationship Manager  for the Direct Channel Insurance Industry. This role focuses on direct customer acquisition without intermediaries, driving sales, and ensuring business growth through relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers through direct sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and support.
• Explore new market opportunities to grow the business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of field sales experience (Insurance, BFSI, Telecom, Pharma, FMCG, Consumer Durables preferred).
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
•  Local candidates with a strong market network preferred.
