Job Description

Our company is seeking for senior relationship representative who is responsible for long lasting and maintaining good relations with customers, clients and agents!

Responsibilities:-

• Leverage expertise to build and maintain complex relationships with high-value customers
• Drive customer loyalty through personalized solutions, proactive issue resolution, and strategic upselling/cross-selling opportunities
• Lead by example, coach junior team members, and contribute to process improvements

Candidate requirements:-

• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing of insurance/ BFSI
• Any graduate / post graduate
• Any local candidate
• Age :- 21 -38 years
