Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Assistant Representative to support sales operations, enhance customer relationships, and assist the sales team in achieving business targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies
• Support field sales team with client coordination and documentation
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication
• Conduct field visits with advisors to support sales
• Build strong relationships with customers and team

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience (BFSI preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
