Job Summary:
A Senior Sales Associate in BFSI is responsible for driving sales within the financial sector by building relationships with customers, identifying opportunities, and selling products and services to meet or exceed targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential new customers and developing strategies to engage them.
- Effectively communicating the value of products like loans, investments, insurance, etc., to customers.
- Cultivating long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their needs.
- Resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Closing deals and securing favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales and marketing
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
