Join our dynamic team as we seek a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales and a passion for helping clients reach their property goals.
• Conducting market research: Identifying selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs
• Handling client complaints: Researching the industry and products to handle customer questions and inquiries
• Identifying business opportunities: Identifying prospects by making calls
• Preparing sales reports: Creating monthly reports and presentations with sales data
• Setting sales goals: Establishing sales objectives for the team and individual employees
• Developing sales strategies: Analyzing market trends to create strategies to exceed sales goals
Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Business or a comparable field.
Experience: 1-2 years of sales expertise, preferably within the BFSI sector.
Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Collaboration: Proficient in working autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
