Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
• The candidate responsible to generate lead and take it to closure by working along with client’s Operation and Sales backend team.
• Responsible to achieve the sales target set by the company.
• The Candidate will be assigned or tagged with the client’s Branch and he/she need to sell the Insurance products to the existing or ex-customers.
• Relationship management with stake holders.
• Maintain persistency.
• Designation: Agency Manager

Education: Any Graduates

Desired Candidate :

– Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

– Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry

– Local candidates hire first.
