Job Description
The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a proven track record of exceeding goals, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
-Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
-Negotiate and close high-value deals.
-Collaborate with internal teams and share market insights.
-Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in any or a related field.
-1+ years of proven sales experience.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
-Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
