Job Description

A Senior Sales Executive is a high-level professional responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading key business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales staff.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-6  years of experience in Life Insurance
  • 1 -2  years of experience in BFSI
