Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff.
- Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- 2-6 years of experience in Life Insurance
- 1 -2 years of experience in BFSI
