Job Description
Finding, mentoring, and overseeing a team of individuals to promote life insurance policies is the responsibility of this role. Success in this role is measured by sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Reaching sales goals, preserving connections, and acquiring new clients are the role’s major tasks.
– Finding and onboarding insurance advisors is one of the tasks and obligations.
– Sales & Business Development: Create and put into action plans to increase sales.
– Performance management: Encourage and assist in increasing output.
The profile of the required candidate:
– A graduate degree is required.
– Experience: At least two years working in a sales-related field.
– The age range spans from 21 to 38.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– On two wheels. It has to be local.
