Job Roles and Duties: 

• Train business associate and advisors
• Maintain healthy relationship with all
• Stakeholders like customers
• Identify business opportunity and close call
• Achieve monthly objectives and targets
• Joint field work along with business associates and advisors to source insurance policy

• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to offer fantastic customer service
• Ability to handle numerous tasks efficiently
• Good managerial skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
