Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage client acquisition, close high-value deals, and lead junior team members to success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute client acquisition strategies to meet monthly targets.
  • Mentor junior sales associates and ensure process adherence.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients for upselling and renewals.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales pitches.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • 2+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Two-wheeler and DL required.

Salary up to 3.20 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
