Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage client acquisition, close high-value deals, and lead junior team members to success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute client acquisition strategies to meet monthly targets.
- Mentor junior sales associates and ensure process adherence.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients for upselling and renewals.
- Conduct product presentations and sales pitches.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 2+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Two-wheeler and DL required.
