Job Summary:

A Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through direct customer engagement, managing key accounts, and supporting junior sales staff. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, client meetings, and market visits.
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers by presenting tailored product or service solutions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with high-value customers or strategic accounts.
  • Understand client needs and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to define goals and track performance.
  • Mentor and support junior sales executives or field representatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.
