Job Description

Join us as a Sales Development Manager whose primary objective is to increase the sales of life insurance products through our agency channel. You will oversee a team of agents, execute sales strategies, and build long-lasting relationships in order to reach revenue goals.

Principal Duties:

– Assemble, educate, and oversee a group of insurance agents.

– Create and put into practice efficient sales techniques to reach revenue targets.

– Develop enduring bonds with clients and agency partners.

– Use competition activity and market trends analysis to guide strategic choices.

– Verify adherence to corporate rules and industry requirements.

Requirements:

– The bachelor’s degree.

– Minimum 1+ Years of Sales Experience

– Has to be in the area.
