Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive growth in insurance sales.sales. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or executives
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies to increase policy sales
• Set sales targets and monitor individual/team performance
• Support the team in lead generation and client meetings
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement
• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
