Join us as a Field Sales Manager – RJ and take charge of sales across Rajasthan’s key markets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of field sales executives.
- Plan daily activity schedules and monitor productivity.
- Analyze territory performance and refine strategy.
- Train new hires on field processes.
- Collaborate with leadership on campaign planning.
Who We Want:
- At least 2 years of sales/market development experience.
- Must hold a graduate degree.
- Strong Sales Background
- Deep Knowledge of Rajasthan Market
- Excellent Leadership & Market Execution Skills
- Own Vehicle & Ready for Travel
