Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Sales Head to lead and drive our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-level sales strategies, managing regional/national sales teams, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor sales managers and their teams to achieve performance goals.
• Identify market opportunities and oversee key client relationships.
• Set and track sales targets across regions and ensure team accountability.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
• 2+ Years of Proven Sales Experience
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
