Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
Experience in CRM tools and sales performance reporting.
