Job Description

We Are Looking For a Senior Sales Manager

Salary up to 3.75 LPA with additional incentives and benefits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan that increases our clientele and broadens the company’s global reach.

• Make lasting connections with prospective customers by meeting with them and attending to their requirements.

• Hire salespeople, establish goals, provide them with coaching and training, and keep an eye on their output.

• Determine where the team is lacking in knowledge and create plans to close those gaps.

• Hold daily check-ins with the sales staff to establish goals and track advancement in order to guarantee that corporate quotas are fulfilled.

• Oversee the close procedures for the month and year ends.

 

Required skills and qualifications:-

• 2+ years of experience in managing sales and marketing.

• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Good leadership ability.
