Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Lead and drive a team to reach sales targets.

·         Create and carry out sales strategies to increase market penetration.

·         Establish and preserve solid bonds with partners and clients.

·         Examine market trends and the actions of competitors.

·         Offer assistance and training to sales personnel.

·         Create projections and sales reports for management.

·         Demonstrated sales experience is a prerequisite.

·         Excellent team management and leadership abilities.

·         Outstanding negotiating and communication skills.

Requirements

·         A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.

·         The capacity to evaluate information and reach well-informed conclusions.

·         A bachelor’s or graduate degree is required.

·         One to two years in marketing and sales.

·         Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
