We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Create and execute sales strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert prospects into clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Analyze sales performance data and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to enhance customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance to senior leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in BFSI is a plus.
