Job Description

We are hiring a Life Insurance Advisor to recruit, train, and lead a team of agents while driving sales growth in the Agency Channel. This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and mentor insurance agents to maximize performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
