Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong work ethic in the agency vertical for the leading insurance company in India.

Key Responsibilities:

·         One of the main duties is to attend to walk-in clients and find out what they require.

·         Manage cross-selling, upselling, and product and service sales.

·         Deliver outstanding sales support to ensure high client satisfaction.

·         Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and store conditions.

·         Maintain adequate inventory in the store.

·         Assess the needs and preferences of your clients.

Requirements

·         Make product recommendations and display items that meet the demands of the customer.

·         Experience: Two years or more in a sales and marketing division in any industry.

·         Outstanding leadership and communication skills.

·         track record of meeting sales targets.

·         A local candidate

·         Completion is required.

·         Ages 21 to 38
