• Ensure customers get the right insurance advice and good service
• Track team progress and give helpful feedback
• Follow company policies and industry rules

• Experience in leading a sales team (insurance experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, coaching, and negotiation skills
• Goal-focused mindset with a passion for teamwork
