Job Description
Develop and motivate your sales team, recruit and manage Insurance Advisers in your market, and coordinate effectively with the central team.
Principal Duties:
– Create and maintain connections with channel partners.
– Increase sales via indirect channels and partner networks.
– Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition.
– Assist partners with product training and sales.
– Keep an eye on partner performance and make sure sales goals are fulfilled.
– Inspire and drive business growth via Teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: 1+ years in sales
– Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
