Job Description

We seek a Sales Development Manager with banking experience who is focused on results to spearhead sales strategies, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue. Responsibilities include recognizing new market prospects, overseeing a sales team, and marketing banking products to corporate and retail customers.

Responsibilities & Duties:

– Devise and carry out strategies for selling banking products.

– Manage and instruct a group of sales representatives.

– Produce leads and establish customer connections.

– Collaborate with marketing and product teams.

– Track sales performance and provide reports.

– Good communication and leadership skills
