Senior Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned, goal-driven Agency Sales Manager to supervise and direct our agency channel. The person in this position will be responsible for bringing on advisers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Establish and manage a team of advisors.

– Implement business plans to achieve the sales targets of the company.

– Monitor performance metrics and generate reports regularly.

– Guarantee adherence to all internal and external rules and regulations.

Requirements:

– A bachelor’s degree in marketing or finance, preferably with an MBA or its equivalent.

– Two years or more of experience in agency sales or a similar field.

– Strong interpersonal and bargaining abilities.
