Job Summary:
A Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the performance of the sales team, developing strategic plans to achieve business goals, expanding market reach, and maintaining key client relationships. This leadership role involves driving revenue growth, mentoring sales teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring seamless execution of the sales cycle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Set quarterly and annual sales goals for the team and monitor progress.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and executives.
- Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Handle high-value negotiations and strategic account management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
