Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of field salespeople and guide their daily work
- Visit customers in different areas to grow sales
- Help the team reach their sales numbers every month
- Find new places and clients to increase business
- Make sure the team follows company plans and rules
- Keep track of visits, customer feedback, and sales reports
- Share regular updates with your manager
Candidate Profile:
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales or team supervision
- Knows the area well and understands local customer needs
- Can talk clearly and solve problems quickly
- Owns a bike/scooter and has a valid driving license
- Comfortable working in the field every day and meeting targets
- Team player with basic knowledge of sales reporting
