Job Summary: 

A Senior Sales Manager is responsible for developing and leading the sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and driving business growth through revenue generation. This role involves overseeing regional or national sales operations, building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers, executives, and representatives.
  • Set performance targets and provide coaching, training, and motivation to drive results.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Forecast sales volumes and market potential for products or services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and key accounts.
  • Oversee negotiations, proposals, and deal closures for large or strategic clients.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.
