Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and goal-oriented Senior Sales Manager – Insurance to lead and drive our sales operations. This role involves managing high-performing teams, expanding business, and ensuring consistent revenue growth in the insurance sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee regional/zone-level insurance sales operations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and mentor team leaders and sales managers.
• Drive recruitment, training, and performance of insurance advisors.
• Identify and penetrate new markets and customer segments.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
