Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead sales operations, manage high-performing teams, and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to perform at a high level
- Identify new business opportunities and key growth areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
