Job Description 
We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our Agency Channel team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of field sales experience, a good understanding of the local market, and a strong passion for sales and customer interaction.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Identify and approach potential agents for recruitment.
  • Assist in training and developing newly onboarded agents.
  • Conduct regular field visits and support agents in client meetings.
  • Maintain sales data and provide regular performance reports.
  • Stay updated with local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

 Qualification & Experience:  

  • Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and customer behavior.
  • Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
