Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our Agency Channel team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of field sales experience, a good understanding of the local market, and a strong passion for sales and customer interaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential agents for recruitment.
- Assist in training and developing newly onboarded agents.
- Conduct regular field visits and support agents in client meetings.
- Maintain sales data and provide regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and customer behavior.
- Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
