Job Description   
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our Agency Channel.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents or channel partners.
  • Monitor agent performance and ensure regular productivity.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating quality leads.
  • Explore cross-selling opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.

 Qualification & Experience:  

  • Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
  • Proven ability in lead generation, cross-selling, and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
