We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior sales manager to lead and drive our sales team toward achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team management, revenue growth, strategy implementation, and ensuring high performance in sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training, coaching, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and forecasting
- Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations and client servicing
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, and product knowledge
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Willingness to travel and manage field sales teams
